It's really hard to tell whether this was made digitally, traditionally or both!
judging by the lens flair, texture overlay and left hand edge (where the texture doesn't quite reach) I'd guess digital but the pen/pencil strokes suggest traditional. I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that it was possibly drawn traditionally (pencil on paper) then scanned (or photographed), coloured digitally then had the texture and lens flair applied to it. how close (or far) am I?
